A: Real nice orange/yellow color. Clear with a 1 finger head. Off white. Beer color reminded me of Hop Stoopid.
S: Nice hops presence. Lots of tropical fruit and citrus. Tangerine and orange. Smells nice.
T: Flavor was a slight let down from the nose. The malts take a lot of the spot light away from the hops. There's still a good amount of hoppiness but it's throttled back.
M: Smooth with good carbonation but a bit heavy for the style. I would say it's medium bodied.
Overall: Probably the best beer I've had to date from Iron Hill. That being said. This has the potential to be a top notch DIPA. The color, aroma and mouth feel are good. Not sure what flavoring hops were used but they could be jacked up bit with a bit less malt presence. It's a decent beer though.

On tap at the North Wales location, 3/18/11.
A-Light golden with a thin white head and some good sticky lacing.
S-A very rich aroma overall, lots of floral hops and a blast of piney hops as well/
T-Sweet malt in the front lays a great base for a blast of hop flavor. Piney, a bit resinous and floral with a fine underlying sweetness.
M-Medium bodied with a nice lingering oiliness.
O-Best beer I have had at this location. Delicious, with a great hoppy kick that does not overwhelm.
