Our winter interpretation of the classic saison. Mahogany in color with a light body and a bold fruit flavor from a secondary fementation with over 400 lbs of plum puree and our Belgian farmhouse yeast. Dry and warming with notes of winter spices, candied orange peel, and a subtle vanilla aroma.
