First had: on nitro-tap at Iron Hill, Media, PA
Poured a deep, cloudy amber with a dense, white head that retained well. Strong toasty malts in the aroma, with pumpkin just noticeable in the background. Tastes of oven-toasted pumpkin pie with a bourbon chaser; spicy, but somewhat dominated by the alcohol. Medium to heavy mouthfeel, and leaves a film in the mouth with a boozy aftertaste. Not bad, moderately drinkable, but maybe just one pint.
