Slightly hazy golden orange color with a thick head with decent retention.
Delicious aroma with notes of mango, passion fruit, stone fruit, some pine and powder milk.
Flavor with notes of mango sorbet, powder milk, orange jam, pine and maybe some vanilla in the very end. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium creamy body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7% is completely absent.
I don’t recall having a Milkshake IPA before. I liked the mango sherbet feeling, but think the lactose doesn’t fit well. By the way, there was a legend in Brazil that you should not mix mango with milk, it is bad for you. I guess it just don’t taste harmonic. Incredible smell, though. Mango is the star here.
