A: Ice tea color with a slight haze, moderate clarity and no carbonation. The head is frothy, ½ finger, and off white in color. Thin skim coating for lace.

S: Not much rye on the nose, caramel and tea notes. Fairly neutral with very low aromatic appeal.

T: Alcohol is noticeable upfront, some spiciness but very light and concealed by the alcohol. Light dry peppery spicing and some natural ice tea notes. The Belgian yeastiness is very restrained as well.

M: Medium bodied, low effervesce with only a slight mention of peppery dry spicing afterwards.

O: Overall the flavor is really not that bad, just expected a lot more spicy rye character and Belgian yeastiness. The alcohol provides warmth but perhaps overshadows the finer hints of flavor and aroma. Rating by style this is average, if your not particular then this is moderate, the flavor a bit monotone, lacking that spicy rye bite and the alcohol a bit warm and tastes suspiciously similar to their other Belgian beers. listed on thier site as an amber, im guessing rye. feel free to make changes.
