An American version of the classic Belgian Tripel. Pale yellow but full-bodied. The Belgian yeast marries with American hops for a nose and palate full of fruity characters.

On tap at Iron Hill in Phoenixville, PA. Pours deep golden with short-lived, fluffy white head and nice lacing. Aroma and taste is of Belgian yeast, spices, hops, ripe fruit and biscuit malt. Body is full and crisp. Finish is long and spicy. Nice, tasty Tripple..

On draft into tulip at Newark location
Typical short-head pour. Great lacing. Very cloudy dull golden body
Nice citrusy aromas. Plenty of navel orange and some grapefruit. Touch of clove, too?
Refreshing on the palate - I could drink this thruout the year. Nice true Belgian yeasty quality, but not overdone. Great volume of citrus / tree fruit, including grapefruit, orange and lemon. Carbonation level makes it pretty crisp and clean for a 9% beer.
Really enjoyed this one and I may be back tomorrow to pack a growler of this.
