Nicely balanced ipa brewed with 60 pounds of local honey.
Pours a 2 plus finger frothy head.
Color can not be detected as I am drinking from a porcelin mug.
Drinks smooth with citrus and spicy hop notes. Honey does not effect the sweetness of this, but adds a nice addition to the mouthfeel.
Very easy drinking.
