Clear golden yellow with dense white head.
Metallic, floral, yeast funk, wheat, honey, faint dankness.
Dry with a high level of wheat. The flavor is focused on the malt and yeast. It begins dry then finishes with honey wheat sweetness. The hops don’t really make an appearance in the flavor.
Medium body with medium-low carbonation.
Nice Belgian pale ale.
