Yields a noisy, slowly receding white head atop an entirely clear golden color.
Smells of soft straw, matured noble hops and lighter hazelnuts, as well as fresh baked bread among cake biscuit.
Drinks utmost refreshing, due to the beer’s high carbonation, light, balanced body and thirst quenching character.
Tastes of coppery, slightly sweetened toffee, dry, lingering hops and soothing, rustic straw. The beer develops an intriguing interplay between fainter hops, well put malts and an effervescent refreshment, coated up by a toasty toffee sweetness. Finishes a tad more metallic and less sweet, since the beer packs a late, well working bitterness, which stays on par with the strawy, rustic malts.
Well brewed and pleasantly complex Märzen, which offers an enjoyable range of well working, supportive flavor nuances.
