This limited edition beer is aged in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks for 8 months . It features Chocolate, Vanilla, Raisin, Star Anise and Licorice root. It’s an exciting 11% beer that is wonderful with BBQ
The look is a warm dark brown with some amber sparks .
The smell is of sour cherries....
The taste initially is bitter from the licorice but with hints of dark chocolate then mellowed to the cherries that give it a sour aftertaste
Pours a nice head
A wonderful beer to enjoy with BBQ and friends who love adventure
