Hazy gold with a persistent and lacey head.
Aroma:
A balance of 2-row and light crystal malts and Cascade hops
Flavor:
Biscuits and bread, followed by moderate hop flavor and balancing bitterness. A slight truby, yeasty aftertaste.
Mouthfeel:
Medium-light with a moderate level of carbonation. Goes down smooth.
Overall:
A solid citizen.
