Pours an effervescent ebony with a pinky of tan head. Nice lacing & average head retention
S: Cocoa, roastyness, dark fruit
T: Cocoa, roasty grain & dryness up front, a little vanilla as well. Roastyness & dryness as this warms, some cocoa as well. Finishes dry, roasty with cocoa & vanilla
MF: Fairly thick body, moderate carbonation, body thins a little bit once warm
A solid take on the style from a very new brewer. I would certainly buy more of their stuff
