Hazy IPA triple dry hopped with Citra, making it a super-approachable IPA.

This one is more foggy than it is hazy, and it is pale straw (SRM 2-4). Two inches of puffy white head quickly turns rocky, then slowly recedes to one half of an inch. Thick, chunky patches of lace form on the Strangebird IIPA glass. Below, one can see fine carbonation forming random clouds as it lazily migrates upwards.
The aroma opens with fresh pineapple. Strong pine resin follows, and ultimately, each sip gives off grapefruit pith and peel.
As an IPA, it is pretty mild. Grapefruit essentially is the only thing with some grains in the flavor. Mild bitterness and light sweetness. The finish is long with mild sweetness and a combination of light grapefruit and lime.
It has a full body with soft Jersey cotton texture. The alcohol is more present than expected, while the carbonation is light and fizzy.
This is another good beer to transition from work. There is nothing too demanding here and it has all the attributes expected.

This one pours a hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like orange, peach, mango, and grassy/piney hops.
This is really impressive start for such a young brewery. It's a big (but actually little) Citra bomb, with a huge orange profile, and a pleasant but soft bitterness on the back end.
This is light bodied, with a surprisingly bold and bright flavor for something so low in alcohol. It's very drinkable.
I'm very excited for Strangebird if this is what we're leading off with!
