Belgian table beer that has seven different grains and styrian golding hops, which provide balance to the fruity Belgian-yeast derived notes.

The ABV on my can is 4.5. Pours gold with lots of head. This beer is very carbonated, almost like a Chimay. Nice bready and floral nose. Bready and peppery flavor. A very nice beer.

never heard of these guys before, stoked to get a few cans in a box from my buddy who lives there, this is really good. a belgian table beer, not something we see enough of, love the fluffy graininess, the overall lightness, effervescence, and how dry it is, but i also like the yeast flavor, which really drives this, along with some slightly citrusy but mostly bittering hops, it shows great attention to detail, knowledge of process, and quality ingredients, i am impressed, oh and the can looks awesome too! hugely excited pour, almost hard to control the airy white head, looks belgian indeed, three or more inches high and lasting, very pale slightly hazy yellow been beneath it, freakishly high carbonation, love that, a little can conditioning perhaps. aroma and flavor are maybe a little familiar with a french type saison yeast and not a whole lot else, but its well controlled, not too high tone estery or anything, but with some white pepper, grains of paradise, lemon zest, and chamomile essences, along with a light green pear thing. would this be cool with a brett pitch? heck yeah, but i also like it clean, its not missing complexity because of the hops that come on late, orange and more lemon there, and some good bitterness for a light beer. most beers in this style would annoy me without a more interesting ferment, but this is so dialed in. bone dry, super bubbly, and fully thirst quenching. a great introduction to this brewery for me, stoked to try their tripel, which is out in the beer fridge calling my name right now!

This one pours a mostly clear golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like spicy and fruit yeast, cookie like malt, caramel, pear, and apple.

I really wanted to like this one more, but it doesn't do it for me. 5.75% is just too high ABV for a Belgian table beer, really. Statistics and measurements aside, it drinks and feels bigger than it should be, as it's semi-syrupy, a little bit too sweet, and doesn't finish crisply enough for my preferences with this style.

This is medium bodied, and just too big to be refreshing. It also doesn't finish cleanly.

I really, really wanted to like this, so it's definitely disappointing.
