Fruited IPA brewed with 400 pounds of apricot and then dry-hopped with a bunch of Idaho 7 and Amarillo hops. This beer glows orange.

This one pours a very hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like apricot, primarily, with some lemony tartness, chives, and astringent hop bitterness.

This is the first Strangebird beer that I really haven't liked so far. The apricot addition is just overwhelming, and adds a raw lemon-like tartness that just buries any interesting hop character there might have been. It's also chalky and astringent.

This is medium bodied, a little bit creamy, but mostly astringent and tart.

This really did not work for me, unfortunately. I still think Strangebird has a lot of potential, though.
