This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like lemon candy, ginger, wheat, very sour pear, and sour citrus.
This is solid stuff. The ginger is judicously added and not an overwhelming flavor. There's more pear, and it's quite sour, with lots of lemon and citrus notes.
This has a nice creaminess to it, with a good drinkability, and a nice tart finish.
This is one of the better beers so far from this new brewery.
