We took Bird Light, our American lager, and added yuzu to it. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit that adds notes of orange, lemon, and lime to the beer.

On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like slightly citrusy, with lemon, lime, sweet grain, and grassy hop character.
This is really quite well done - the yuzu is not overwhelming, and adds a very nice dry lemon/lime character to the beer. The lager itself is crisp with a light grassy bitterness.
This is light bodied, crisp and very clean, with a very nice drinkability to it.
I really enjoyed this one - it could have gone wrong, but it worked out nicely for me.
