Strangebird Beer

Pours a hazy golden honey with a finger and a half of foamy head that settles to a thin cap with plenty of lacing. Aroma of tangerine and citrus and melon. Taste follows nose.

This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like orange, grapefruit, melon, chive, and lemongrass.

This has a subtle but very grassy and spicy bitterness, with lots of melon, grapefruit pith, and nice touch of sweet orange.

This is light bodied, slightly creamy, and pretty drinkable.

The bitterness takes a little bit to get used to, but this is overall pretty good.

16 oz can to a teku glass. Looks hazy light gold/yellow with a thick white head that fell to a nice cap. Nice lacing left behind as you drink. Smell is heavy citrus, grapefruit leads the way. Lemon and orange are present too. Taste follows nose with little to no bitterness but the perception of tartness is there from the dense citrus flavors. Aftertaste is grapefruit and orange. Feel is soft and medium bodied with mild carbonation. Overall, good beer, dangerously smooth to drink. Well done beer.
