Wet Hop IPA brewed with fresh, local, whole cone Centennial hops from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery in Sodus, NY. This is a “wet hop” beer, meaning the hops were harvested, transported, and brewed all within a couple hours.

On tap at Strangebird Beer in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a light amber/dark orange color, clear, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like spicy and earthy hops, crackery malt, and grapefruit rind.

This definitely has an old school wet-hop West Coast IPA flavor, like something out of Sierra Nevada. It's not my favorite style of IPA these days, but it's definitely done pretty well.

This is solidly crisp, and clean, with a good drinkability overall.

Although I'd prefer a little less maltiness, this was still a pretty enjoyable pour.
