We brewed Four Pedals with special Pils malt and Continental hops and a touch of Italian plums. This beer has notes of plum, biscuit, and honeysuckle.

From the first sip, superbly refreshing. There's a good bit of fruity sweetness, but it's not overbearing. Very crisp and pleasant.

This one pours a golden light orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
There's not a ton of overt plum presence on the nose, but there is a nice tannic sweetness, with some spicy and leafy hop character, and some doughy malt presence.
The plum is very subtle addition, adding some light fruity sweetness here, and seeming to round out some of the harder edges of the pilsner. There's a nice spicy and tea-like hop character, with a fresh doughy malt backbone.
This is light bodied, clean, and very crisp, with a pretty wonderful drinkability.
This worked out much better than I thought it could have. The plum was a unique and deft touch here.
