On tap at Strangebird Brewery in Rochester, NY.

This one pours are fairly dark brown color, with a white head, and lots of lacing.

This one smells like honey, molasses, raisin, clove, and chocolate.

This would take really well to barrel aging, if Strangebird decided they ever wanted to go in that direction. It’s very richly malty, with caramel, chocolate, and some light fruitiness, with a nicely dry and clean finish, with a touch of floral yeast character.

This is creamy, with very little booziness, but a nice warmth to it.

I love a good traditional quad, and this hits all the notes that I want.
