On side pull tap at Strangebird Brewing in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a light clear golden yellow, with a small fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like corn, rustic grain, and a light grassy hop note.
I think I enjoy Bird Light a bit more than this, but this still goes off. I really love that Strangebird made something like this. There’s a soft lightly bitter and grassy hop note here, with a pleasantly toasty and corn-like malt backbone.
This is light bodied, and super drinkable, with a smooth and clean finish.
This is pretty stupendous, I could drink a lot of it.
