There’s Not Enough Hops In the World is a Fresh Hop IPA collaboration between Strangebird and Other Half. Apparently, there are enough hops, and we used them in this beer. There’s Not Enough Hops in the Word is a local, NY state beer. In early September, the Other Half Brewing folks joined the Strangebird crew to select comet and chinook hops from Pedersen Family Farms in Seneca Castle, NY. The grain came from Murmuration Malts, in East Bloomfield, but grown in Monroe County.
There’s Not Enough Hops in the World tastes super juicy and has fruity aromas of pineapple, mango, grapefruit and peach.

On tap at Strangebird Brewery in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like orange, grapefruit, melon, and spicy and piney hops.
This definitely has that classic earthy, spicy, and piney character that you get out of the typical fresh hop IPA. I appreciate that it’s not a complete murk bomb, like I’d expect from Other Half, as the bitterness is intense in a great way. There’s melon and grapefruit too, and not much maltiness.
This is light bodied, crisp, clean, slightly creamy, and very drinkable.
I don’t get IPAs a whole lot at Strangebird these days, but they definitely do them well.
