Solifloris is a Barrel Aged Wild Ale. This beer is a collaboration with Grimm. Ellyn, from Strangebird, and Gali, from Grimm developed this beer together by blending our Belgian Pale brewed with Beets and Sumac, with three Barrel Aged beers from Grimm. The final product is a beer that pours a beautiful pink color with berry and earthy notes with some white and a hint of sour.

Weird and wild. Collaboration with Grimm. Taste like run of the mill wild,though beet colour. Some lace dots. Medium mouthfeel. Of course opens up as warms,a bit of time in this cold weather. Dill pickle,kombucha,mushroom berry.feeling the grimm influence in the base.
