Copenhagen 14/1 2024. 44 cl can from Best of Beers webshop. White can with Salikatt's characteristic S in ice-blue.
Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with some sweet Stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit and hints of pine. Peach and orange. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste bitter and tart. A tad watery. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
A bit thin and flat.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Clear pale golden colour, large white head. Aroma of citrus, hints of spruce. Refreshing flavour, citric, with notes of pine needles and sprucetips, decent bitterness.
