Hyper Cube is our attempt to bring IPA to the fourth dimension! This IPA is probably as big and intense as our IPAs ever will be. Brewed with light colored malts, oats and seriously dry hopped with Citra, Azacca and Vic Secret.

Copenhagen 28/1 2024. 44 cl can from Best of beers web-shop. Black can in Salikatt's usual design with their big characteristic S in gold.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of ripe tropical fruits mingling with a more subtle citric scent. Mango and passion fruit. Nectarine. touch of mustard. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry and citric.
A potent trip to the Hyper Cube.

Standard imperial NEIPA, nothing too crazy. Citrus and slight tropical fruit, alcohol well hidden, but doesn't seem to be much more than a triple IPA, not real point in having it again.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Sola. ABV is 12%. Murky brownish-orange-golden colour, large and lasting white head. Distinct aroma of tropical fruits, particularly mango, pineapple, papaya and guava. Medium sweet flavour of said fruits, also pine needles, resin and alcohol, medium bitter finish.
