Killdozer is a collaborative beer project we worked on with our friend Espen Westum, a talented homebrewer. This beer was crafted based on one of Espen's original homebrew recipes, which shares the same name as this particular brew. The malt base is characterized by its soft and light color, consisting of Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat. This combination provides a solid foundation for an extensive dry-hopping process featuring Citra hops and Citra Cryo hops, resulting in a bold and flavorful beer.

Copenhagen 24/1 2028. 44 cl can from Best of Beers webshop. Can in Salikatt's usual design with a gritty red can with their characteristic S in sliver grey.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with more subtle citrus fruit. Bruised mango and peach. Passion fruit. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation- slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Silken and potent.
