Copenhagen 22/1 2024. 44 cl can from Best of Beers webshop. dark burgundy with Salikatt's characteristic big S in black.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, frothy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet, fermented odor of over-ripe Stone fruits mingling with sharp and a bit rough citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Passion fruit. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Not exactly dusty.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Sola. ABV is 8.0%. Murky brownish-yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of peaches (fresh and stewed), pineapple and fresh apricots, a hint of sprucetips. Rich mouthfeel. Flavour of citrus and said fruits, hints of pine needles, but the bitterness is low. Some sweetness, but not too much. Good beer.
