Radix is all about passion fruit and pineapple. The beer is based on a kettle sour, conditioned on huge amounts of passion fruit, pineapple and some supplementary fruits for complexity. We recommend to invert the can a few times, or roll it on a table, to resuspend settled fruits before opening.

440 ml can, as Salikatt Radix Ultra Fruited Sour, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 8.0%. Opaque yellow to orange colour, moderate off-white head, disappears after a while. Aroma of over-ripe pineapple and peaches, also passionfruit. Moderately sour flavour, notes of lactic acid, pineapple, peaches and passionfruit.
