Decompression Czech pilsner is not about big flavors and high intensity. It’s about clean and crisp flavors with subtle malt sweetness and noble hops in the background. We gave this beer a long and cold fermentation to reduce fruity esters and make room for that subtle malt sweetness to come through. Enjoy!

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Herbarium, Stavanger. ABV is 5.2%. Pale golden colour, large white head. Aroma of grass, hay, flowers and heather honey. Crisp flavour of herbal and floral hops, sufficient malts, medium bitter finish, refreshing.
