Hammock Helles is not about big flavors and high intensity. It’s about clean and crisp flavors with subtle malt sweetness and delicate hops in the background. We gave this beer a long and cold fermentation to reduce fruity esters and make room for that subtle malt sweetness to come through. Enjoy!

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.2%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Sweetish aroma of pilsener malts, newmown grass, flowers and honey. Smooth flavour, notes of malts and honey. Moderate to low bitterness.
