Crisp, citrusy, and refreshingly bitter West Coast IPA, meticulously brewed with Columbus, Citra, and Centennial hops. A crisp, refreshing experience that pays homage to the Pacific Northwest's hop-forward tradition. Cheers!

Copenhagen 17/11 2024. 44 cl Can from Best of Beers webshop. Green and yellow Can in the brewery’s usual design with a big dark green “S”.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin and patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with tart citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Citrus and grapefruit. A little sharp.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent take on a West Coast Indian Pale Ale.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.0%. Moderately hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of pine and spruce, a hint of grapefruit. Piney / resinous flavour too, hints of grapefruit and Seville oranges, bitter finish. Not too sweet.
