White January is a fresh and hoppy double IPA brewed with a light-colored grain bill featuring a generous amount of wheat and oats. It’s delicately spiced with freshly crushed coriander seeds, hopped with Citra, Cascade, and Strata hops, and fermented with Belgian yeast. Expect vibrant tropical fruit flavors blending seamlessly with fruity esters from the yeast.

440 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 8.0%. Cloudy greyish-yellow colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma of citrus, papaya, guava and pineapple. The flavour is not too sweet, fairly light bodied for its strength, with notes of said fruits and pine, moderately bitter finish.

Quite puchy for a beer named after White January.
