Hop Exploration is a new and exciting collaboration beer, brewed together with Totally Natural Solutions (TNS). TNS makes a lot of cutting-edge hop products and for this beer, we used Hop Gain Floe (Outback Citrulicius) in the whirlpool, Hopburst (Nectar, Magnifico) in the dry hop, and some bitterness adjustment with Alpha Niso. We also threw in some classic T90 Citra and Galaxy hops, just to make sure we would clog everything up as usual!

Copenhagen 2/1 2024. 44 cl can from Bet of Beers web-shop. Black can with Salikatt and TNS' logos in gold. Pretty simple.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Whiff of Passion fruit. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry,
Well-balanced and civilized.
