Copenhagen 4/1 2024. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Yellow can with Salikatt's characteristic S in black.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin, fine layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Drawing cup the sides of the glass.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of over-ripe Stone fruit and Ice cream mingling with a rough citric scent. Peach and mango. Strawberry Ice cream and lactose, Grapefruit and petroleum.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A fine Sheik. Not too Milkshake-ish.
