Copenhagen 26/6 2024. 40 cl from tap at Taphouse, Lavendelstræde, Kbh. K.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden orange with a small white head. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet yet fresh odor of ripe Stone fruit and sweet orange mingling with tart citrus fruit. Peach and nectarine. Blood orange. Lime and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slighty stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Refreshing and tart.
