Copenhagen 13/3 2024. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Green can with Salikatt’s characteristic “S” in light green.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a pleasant odor of Stone fruits mingling with a gentle scent of citrus. Sweet peach and apricot. Orange and lime. Whiff of citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Pleasant Indian Pale Ale with a bitter bite.
