Polytope is the next beer in our Nth dimension series of quadruple IPAs, and this beer is big!

The robust body from golden promise malt and oats makes it able to carry some serious dry hopping of Sabro, Citra, and HBC 1019 hops. We then gave it a long conditioning time for a juicy sensation without the green character often associated with big beers and big dry hops. Enjoy!

Copenhagen 15/11 2023. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Dark can in Salikatt's usual design with big S in gold.

Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin and a bit patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is intense with a strong sweet, fermented odor of overripe Stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit- Peach and mango. Fermentation and petroleum. Grapefruit and lime.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone dry yet fruity.

Another potent and rich Indian Pale Ale from Salikatt.
