Crisp, citrusy, and refreshingly bitter, this West Coast IPA is meticulously brewed with Columbus, Mosaic, and Simcoe Cryo hops. A crisp, dank, and refreshing experience that pays homage to the Pacific Northwest's hop-forward tradition. Cheers!

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. ABV is 7.0%. Slightly hazy golden to orange colour, large to moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of oranges and grapefruit, hints of pine. Light bodied for its ABV. The flavour is slightly on the dry side, notes of bitter Seville oranges, grapefruit and resin. Distinctly bitter aftertaste.

Poured from 440mL can into my Lord Chambray tumbler. Best by 2/2/26.
Appearance: medium golden hue with just a little dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: very sweet and malty with a citrusy, slightly herbal character. Kinda like the sweet double IPAs of yesteryear! Normally that wouldn't be my thing, but this is pretty well done.
Taste: malt is sweet, but it's balanced with a nice dose of lemony, grapefruity hops; the bitterness is for sure there, but it's not overpowering. Good!
Mouthfeel: medium-rich body with a decent carbonation and good creaminess.
Overall: a solid WCIPA! Like I said, this beer takes me back to the mid-late 2000s and big sweet IPAs in bomber bottles. Fans of WCIPA will likely love this.
