Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head, Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a sharp, zesty scent of citrus fruit. Peach and a hint of mango. Grapefruit and lemon. Whiss of sour citrus.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.

Zesty and refreshing NEIPA.

440 ml can, as Salikatt Cat Leap New England IPA, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 6.5%. Opaque yellow colour, moderate white head. Distinct aroma of citrus, pine and spruce, a hint of tomcat. Fizzy and citric mouthfeel. Piney and grapefruity flavour, a certain hopburn, good bitterness.
