Christmas on Fire 2025 is a West Coast IPA, brewed to save your palate from the heavy foods and sweet pastries that come with Christmas. The beer is dry and crisp, as a West Coast IPA should be, with an assertive bitterness. This year’s version is hopped with Athanum, Centennial, and Columbus hops for a dank, citrussy, and piney hop character. God Jul!

Small sample, on tap at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal. Pale golden colour. Aroma and flavour of citrus and pine needles, fairly dry with a distinct hop bitterness.
