Ale, bursting with flavor and aroma from Nectaron and Citra hops. Our goal with this beer was to create a sessionable pale ale with the hop intensity and smooth mouthfeel of bigger India Pale Ales. God Jul!

Copenhagen 28/11 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Salikatt's usual design with a big golden "S" with a cityscape with Christmas paraphernalia in the background.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken Laye of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a mild sweet odor of stone fruits soon over powered by a tart and citric scent. Fermented mango. Hit of petroleum. Grapefruit and lime. Acerbic.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter . Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A zesty and dry Christmas greeting.
