Embla is our bourbon barrel-aged double bock. extended barrel aging rounds off the edges from roasted malts and brings complexity and depth. we recommend a serving temperature of around 14C. Enjoy!

375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 9.5%. Black colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of roast malts, molasses, fusel, bourbon whiskey, vanilla and oak. Rich and warming mouthfeel. Rich and complex flavour with the same elements as the aroma, but not too sweet. Distinct bourbon, moderate bitterness.
