Pours opaque golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and floral odor mingling with tart citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Flower bed. Tart tangerine and lime. Reckless and acerbic.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry and tart.
Tart and floral. And short lived.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. New England Pale Ale, 4.7%. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Citric and moderately piney aroma and flavour. A nice refreshment.
