Hop Matter is a West Coast IPA saturated with old-school, piney, and dank hop aromas and flavors from Columbus, chinook, and Mosaic Cryo hops. The beer is dry, bitter and light in color, as a West Coast should be, with the Recognizable big hop character of the style. Enjoy!

Copenhagen 14/4 2026. 44 cl can from Beershoppen webshop. Black can with small white stars in Salikatt's usual design
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a mild sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a strong citric scent. Dry vibe. Sweet peach and nectarine. Grapefruit and lemon. Acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice and sharp Indian Pale Ale.
