We are celebrating our 10th anniversary! The third celebration beer in this series is a rebrew of DDH CITRA, originally brewed in 2018. We could not resist the temptation to make a few tweaks to see if we could improve it, but it still retains many of the ingredients and process steps of the original DDH Citra. Cheers!

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy pale straw colour, moderate white head. Distinct aroma of pineapple and other tropical fruits, some citrus. The medium sweet flavour has the same elements, also a hint of pine needles.

Copenhagen 18/4 2026. 44 cl can from BeerShoppen web-shop. Black can with Salikatt's characteristic "S" in shining green.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin patches of foam flowing around in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with a pronounced citrus scent. Sweet peach and nectarines. Grapefruit and lime. A little sharp. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A potent and zesty way to celebrate a anniversary.
