Stardust is a high-intensity New England-style Double IPA. The beer is light in color and double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops. We've also incorporated Phantasm powder, made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes, to unlock new aromas and flavors. Cheers!

Copenhagen 13/5 2026. 44 cl can from BeerShoppen web-shop. Dark version of Salikatt's usual design with a night sky with stars and a big golden "S".
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles a thin patches of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous. lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty NEIPA with a little bitter stardust.
