On tap at Birreria Volo in Toronto, Ontario.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This is smells like peach, mango, white wine, lychee, lemon, lime, and floral hops.
This is just super pleasant and well put together. It’s soft and juicy, but not completely juice forward, as there’s a pleasant floral and lightly spicy bitterness. It’s a classic Nelson and general Southern Hemisphere vibe here – with a soft peachy and grape-like juicy hop character.
This goes down quite easily, as it’s pretty pillowy and smooth. The carbonation level is spot on.
This is certainly one of the better IPAs that I’ve had from Canada, excellent stuff.
