This is the second collaboration we've done with our pals at Burdock Brewery in Toronto. We called it Lake Burd (get it?!) and it's a very nice rice lager that we made with local Barn Owl Malt and 20% sushi rice.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned, from Small Batch Dispatch's 2024 Advent Calendar. My second from this Picton brewery, and first for 2025. A collaboration with Toronto's Burdock Brewery, which I also enjoy.
