Inspired by the traditional beers of Cologne, Germany, This Kolsch-style beer reflects Bayern Brewing's commitment to authentic German brewing. Bayern's brewmaster trained in Cologne and has brewed at Bayern for more than 20 years. For this beer, he returned to Cologne and collaborated with his former brewmaster, bringing that experience to Missoula.
